If you experience an issue with the generation of your consult notes, you can check your History page to see if the consult can be regenerated.

How to Retrieve a Lost Consult?
If you lose a session, head to the History page in Lyrebird.
If there is a session that is able to be regenerated, click ‘Open’
Click ‘regenerate’ and the session will regenerate.
