Retrieve a Lost Consult

If you experience an issue with the generation of your consult notes, you can check your History page to see if the consult can be regenerated.

How to Retrieve a Lost Consult?

  1. If you lose a session, head to the History page in Lyrebird.

  2. If there is a session that is able to be regenerated, click ‘Open’

  3. Click ‘regenerate’ and the session will regenerate.
