I am looking to purchase Lyrebird Pro - how do I organise this?

This article provides a detailed overview of Lyrebird Health's pricing options, covering both monthly and annual subscriptions, along with instructions on how to pay as an individual or as an organisation. Lyrebird Health offers flexible pricing plans to fit various usage levels and clinic sizes, with discounts available for part-time use and organisational plans.

Individual User Pricing

Australia

Following a 14-day free trial after signing up, individual subscribers can choose between the following options:

  1. Lyrebird Lite: Free with limited usage of 50 actions per month

  2. Lyrebird Pro:

    • Full-time Pricing:

      • $300 monthly

      • $2400 annually (equivalent to $200 per month)

    • Part-time Pricing (if you work under 25 hours/week):

      • $150 monthly

      • $1200 annually (equivalent to $100 per month)

Please note: Part-time Pricing is monitored, but not restricted. Please advise us if you have increased your working hours to above 25 hours per week, and we can discuss subscription options from there.

If you would like to check out for your part time subscription, you can follow these steps:

  • Settings > Subscription > 'Add payment method' or 'Upgrade to unlimited usage' (blue button)

  • At the bottom of the page, there will be a link that says: "Work less than full-time hours? See part-time options here"

    • If you cannot see this link, it is most likely because you are not full-screen, or else you need to scroll down

  • Select an annual or monthly rate, and check out as normal

United Kingdom

  1. Lyrebird Lite: Free with limited usage of 50 actions per month

  2. Lyrebird Pro:

    • Monthly: £59 per month

    • Annually: £480 per year (equivalent to £40 per month)

United States

  1. Lyrebird Lite: Free with limited usage of 50 actions per month

  2. Lyrebird Pro:

    • Monthly: USD $89 per month

    • Annually: USD $828 per year (equivalent to USD $69 per month)

Note: If you are in any country other than the ones listed above, you will automatically default to United States pricing.

How do I Pay?

How to check out individually

You can check out for your individual subscription by going to:

  • Settings > Subscription > 'Add payment method' or 'Upgrade to unlimited usage' (blue button)

  • From there, you can select an annual or monthly rate, and check out as normal

Organisation Billing

Organisations, such as clinics, can subscribe on behalf of their clinicians. We offer special rates for clinics based on the number of doctors covered.

To start an organisation subscription, make sure:

  • You have created an organisation in Lyrebird

  • Your organisation is ready to cover clinician subscriptions.

  • The billing contact has a Lyrebird Health admin account.

How to check out and pay for your organisation:

  1. Log in under your account.

  2. Go to Settings > Billing.

  3. Select Add a Payment Method.

  4. Choose the clinicians to activate and select each subscription type (Full-time or Part-time).

  5. Enter the provided promo code for clinic discounts.

  6. Complete the payment details and confirm.

Once the trial period ends, the selected subscriptions will automatically start, with charges applied to the payment method on file. Future invoices and subscription details are available under the Subscriptions tab.

Mixed Billing (Organisation Discount for Individual Payers)

For Individual Checkout with an Organisation Discount:

Each member can follow these steps to activate their discounted subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription > Upgrade to Unlimited Usage.

  2. Choose between Monthly or Annual plans.

    • Part-time users (under 25 hours/week) can select the part-time option on this page.

  3. At checkout, the final price will reflect the organisation discount - if not, contact our team to discuss further.

  4. Enter payment information and click Finalise Subscription.
