What is an Organisation in Lyrebird?

An organisation centralises people in your clinic. Creating an organisation is useful to oversee which clinicians have a Lyrebird account. You can see what their status is, and you can also manage billing.

We will soon be improving the functionality of an Organisation to see usage analytics.


How to create an Organisation?

  1. Head to Settings → Organisation Settings

  2. Insert Organisation Name and Organisation Size

  3. Click Create Organisation


How to invite people to your Organisation?

There are two methods to invite people to join your organisation:

Click ‘Invite members’

  1. Enter their email

    OR

  2. Copy invite link

    1. Copy the link and paste it into an email or other communications. Once they have clicked the link, a request will appear for you to admit them into your organisation.


How to join an Organisation?

Once you have clicked on the link provided to you, your admin will have to admit you into the organisation. Contact your clinic admin to receive the invitation link.


How to delete an Organisation?

If you have admin access to an Organisation, click the edit icon and then click Destroy organisation.

How to manage Organisation billing?

  1. If you have more than 1 person in your organisation, click ‘Subscription’

  2. Click ‘Add payment method’

  3. Select who will be paid for:


    1. Select the full time and part time users, and choose if you want to pay for that user by toggling the blue toggle.

In this example, I would be paying for two part-time users. The discount will be automatically applied based on the information for your organisation.

  1. Add your billing information, and apply any additional discount code if applicable.
