Dictate directly into the structure of a document. As you dictate, Lyrebird will generate a document based on the format of your selection. Any default or custom created documents will appear as options to dictate into.
The goal of Dictate into Documents is to reduce the time spent formatting, rewording and restructuring your document.
How to begin a smart dictate?
1. Go to the "Dictate" page
2. Click the "Smart Dictate" button → then click a document of choice from the drop down
From the list below, you have the option to select any of the following documents for dictation.
Letter to GP
Mental Health Care Plan
Patient letter
Medical certificate
Letter to specialist
Letter to referring clinician
3. Begin your dictation
Example
Select "Letter to Referring Clinician" and provide key information
Information: "Patient Sam, age 32, presented with symptoms of acute upper respiratory infection and ..."
Lyrebird will take this information and format it into the Letter for Referring Clinician
