What do I do if it is making me log into Lyrebird every time within the Bp Premier Integration?
The main thing to check is that your integration and your API key is set up correctly! The steps to fix this are as below:
In your Bp Premier Practice account:
In the top-left, click Setup → Configuration → Database → Setup third-party integration
Search and select Lyrebird Health
Open a test patient in Bp Premier
Click Lyrebird button in top tool bar
Log-in to your Lyrebird Health account by clicking Already have an account?
Head to your account Settings → Integrations
Copy the Bp Premier Account Key
Close test patient
Click Setup → Users
Open the relevant doctors account
Click Edit in the bottom right corner
Click Lyrebird health in bottom right corner
Paste the Bp Premier Account Key
See a step by step guide here.
Cannot find your API key within Lyrebird?
This could be because you are on a Lite account - you will need to upgrade to Pro to be eligible for the Bp Premier Integration.
Only Lyrebird Pro users are able to use the Bp Premier Integration.
If this is not the issue, reach out to Lyrebird Support!
What do I do if my microphone is not connecting to Bp Premierwhen using Lyrebird?
You need to ensure that you click 'allow' when prompted within Bp Premier for microphone access.
You can follow these below steps if your microphone is blocked from within Bp Premier:
Ensure Bp Premier is closed
Click on the windows icon in the left hand side bottom corner
Type ‘RUN’ into the search bar
Click the first option which should be titled as “RUN” and it Is described as a system.
A window in the bottom left will pop up
Search for input %APPDATA% and click open
It should take you to {yourname} -> APPDATA -> ROAMING (see at the top in your directory breadcrumb)
Click into APPDATA at the top of the screen
Click the "Local" Folder and click into it
Find the directory of "Bp Premier" and delete
Open Bp Premier and a test patient file, then Lyrebird and the microphone permissions should pop up
If this does not work, reach out to Lyrebird Support!
