Connect to Gentu to bring your upcoming patient list right into Lyrebird, allowing you to start a consult or dictation without manual entry.β¨
Completed notes and letters will save directly to Gentu without the need to copy and paste.
Enabling the Gentu integration
Log in to your Gentu account and navigate to the Marketplace using the icon on the left hand side:
Search for or click on Lyrebird Health:
Click Add to Gentu on the Lyrebird Health page:
Read and accept the permissions:
Copy your unique pairing code:
Now, head to your Lyrebird Health integrations settings at: https://app.lyrebirdhealth.com/account/integrations
Select Gentu and click Integrate:
Enter the Gentu pairing code you copied earlier and click Link:
Select the correct practitioner and then Save:
Congratulations, you've now connected Gentu to Lyrebird!
Using the Gentu integration
Upcoming Patients
Head back to the Consult page after connecting. You'll now see the upcoming patients list has been populated from Gentu:
Click Begin consult on any patient to prefill their information, then start listening. You can also use the Upcoming patients list on the Dictate page to quickly record encounters.
If the upcoming patients list is out of date, try using the refresh button to see the latest information.
Save to Gentu
Once you've completed a consult or dictation, you'll now see a Send to Gentu button beneath your consult notes, documents, and dictations.
After clicking Save to Gentu, you'll see the "Last sent" timestamp update in Lyrebird and a Saved to Gentu message.
Saved documents are stored in the clinical history for the linked patient:
Documents are stored in a PDF format and can't be edited in Gentu. In a future update this will be upgraded to use the letter writer in an editable format.
