Click Settings in top bar
Select Gentu under integration type and press Integrate
Click Verify to confirm your email
Check your inbox and complete verification
Back in the Lyrebird App, click Enable Integration

1. Do I need to use the same email for both Lyrebird and Gentu?
Yes, this is how we can confirm you’re the same user. You can change your email within Lyrebird by going to Settings > Profile. Alternatively, you can update your email in Gentu to match.
2. Do other users need a Lyrebird account before integration?
Yes, all users must have an existing Lyrebird account before the first user integrates with Gentu. We can only link potential Gentu users in our database if they already have a Lyrebird account with the same email address. If a user has created a Lyrebird account after the Gentu site was integrated, reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
3. Does the user require a Gentu billing provider subscription?
Yes. Users must have an active billing provider subscription in Gentu (not just admin access). Please verify the "Billing Provider" checkbox is ticked in their Gentu account, as users without this designation cannot create client files.
