Follow these simple steps to generate a PDF from your Lyrebird transcript:
Step 1: Access Your Transcript
Log in to your Lyrebird AI Scribe account.
Navigate to the "Consults" section
Locate the transcript you wish to convert to PDF and click on it to open.
Step 2: Review and Edit Transcript (optional but recommended)
Before generating your PDF, it's a good idea to review your transcript for accuracy. Lyrebird's AI is highly accurate, but a quick check for any missed words or speaker misattributions will ensure your PDF is perfect.
You can edit the text directly within the Lyrebird interface.
Step 3: Initiate PDF Export
Once you are satisfied with your transcript, look for the write document button. This is typically found in the top right corner.
Step 4: Select a PDF form
Select a PDF form from the list of templates.
Step 5: Generate PDF
Before accepting your PDF as final, it's a good idea to review it for accuracy. Lyrebird's AI is highly accurate, but a quick check for any missed words or speaker misattributions will ensure your PDF is perfect.

Step 6: Download Your PDF
Your browser will typically prompt you to save the PDF file to your computer.

Can I share the generated PDF directly from Lyrebird?
While you can't directly share the PDF from within Lyrebird via email or external platforms, you can easily download the PDF to your local device. Once downloaded, you have full control to share it securely via your preferred methods (e.g. secure internal network, encrypted email, or integrated EMR systems).
What if I make changes to a transcript after generating a PDF?
The PDF is a static snapshot of your transcript at the time of export. If you make any edits or updates to your transcript in Lyrebird after generating a PDF, you will need to regenerate the transcript to PDF to capture those changes. The previously generated PDF will not update automatically.
Is there a limit to how many PDFs I can generate?
No, you can generate as many PDFs as you need from your transcripts within your Lyrebird account.
