Connect to Genie to bring your upcoming patient list right into Lyrebird, allowing you to start a consult or dictation without manual entry.
Completed notes and letters will save directly to Genie using the "Save to Genie" button without the need to copy and paste.
Enabling the Genie integration
Contact [email protected] to download the Lyrebird Health desktop application, which will connect Lyrebird Health to Genie server.
Contact [email protected] with your genie site id which looks similar to GEN00000 to have them create premium API credentials for you.
Install the Lyrebird Health application on your computer and click the settings icon:
As you can see, in the top right hand corner, it indicates that Genie is connected. Click the cog icon to configure the Genie details if they are not already configured.
Fill out this information according to your Genie server details, and then click Save and then click Sync.
Clicking the "refresh" button in upcoming patients will result in your Genie appointments being pulled into Lyrebird.
Once a consult has been completed, use the "Save to Genie" button to save the consultation notes back into Genie.
Once the save button has been used, the following indicator will come up.
Navigating back to the patient's record in genie will show the notes saved correctly into Genie.
