Create a note template that sounds exactly like you

Updated over a week ago

Create your own customised notes to train Lyrebird in your distinctive style, ensuring created notes look exactly how you wish.

Customising your note template ensures your notes match your unique style, incorporating your preferred headings, structure, and tone, making documentation more efficient and personalised to your workflow.

How to create your own custom note

  1. From the “Customise page, within the “Note templates” tab, click “Create a new note template”

  2. Name your document template

    1. The name of the note is what will be shown for you to select as an option

  3. Choose your consult type

    1. Choose when this consult note template would be used

  4. Give your template a description

    1. This will help you remember what it does

  5. View and edit your note template

Now that you've created the note template, you can build it!

You can add a section by clicking the Add section button on the right.

Once you've added a section, you can give it a title, which will be displayed when the note is generated, for example "Progress since last appointment".

You can select the length of that section, then provide some instructions on what you want it to do. In the instructions, type like you're talking to a human who is going to be writing your notes for you, for example: "This section is about the medical progress the patient has had since we last spoke, it should be relatively short, you don't need to go into detail about what they said, simply 1-3 words per point they mention. Make sure you listen out for anything like allergic reactions that they have had"
