To get to the step in the video below, you must be logged into Best Practice and be on a version later than Service Pack 2. Then, open a patient file (a test one), and click the blue L in the top navigation bar.
The first step of using Lyrebird inside Best Practice is enabling the integration, it is a very simple step that involves ticking a box ☑

It allows Lyrebird to:
Read and write the patient file in Best Practice
How to enable the integration
Ensure you have Best Practice Service Pack 2, read BP’s guide on how to update your BP to Orchid SP2.
Head to the first page of Best Practice, select Setup, then Configuration
Click Database, then Setup third party integrations
Search Lyrebird Health and tick the box ☑
Congratulations, you have now enabled the integration.
After creating an account, you can now complete Step 2
