When you share your template with others, it gets saved as a new, separate template in their profile. This means any edits they make won't affect the original version saved in your account. If they make changes you'd like to use, they’ll need to re-share their version back with you via a private link. The same applies when sharing a template at an organisational level - you can allow members to edit their own copies, but any edits they make won’t update your original template after it’s been shared.
