My subscription is ending. Will I still have access to my notes afterwards?
Once your subscription ends, you'll still have access to your notes through the free version of Lyrebird. Access will remain available until your data deletion period ends, which depends on your individual user preference settings.
Trying to do password reset but I haven’t receive an email
1. Use the password reset link: https://app.lyrebirdhealth.com/update-password?tokenHash=539fd94a6f2d1622785148fe618c6323743047a91f92af3a2f34308e
2. Restart your device and attempt to use the password reset link again, as this can sometimes resolve session-related issues.
3. Ensure you are using the correct password reset link. If the initial link does not work, try accessing a different reset link.
These steps should help resolve the error and allow you to reset your password successfully. Kindly check if there’s an email in your Spam or Junk.
Is there a way to have the entire transcript of a consult accessed?
You'll need to enable the “Display Consult Transcript” feature, which shows a word-for-word transcript of what Lyrebird captures during the consultation. This can help confirm whether specific information was heard and recorded.
To enable the feature:
1. Go to your Settings > Preferences
2. Toggle on Display Consult Transcript
Once enabled, you’ll see a Transcript tab appear within your notes after each consultation.
I’ve lost the Telehealth option on my profile. It no longer provides a prompt at the beginning of a consultation
This may be caused by the 'Auto Accept Consent Popup' feature being turned on which is preventing you from seeing the Telehealth consult option in Lyrebird. You can turn this off by following these steps:
1. Log into your Lyrebird account.
2. Navigate to Settings > Preferences. https://app.lyrebirdhealth.com/account/preferences
3. Scroll down until you see 'Auto-accept consent popup' and turn this off by selecting the toggle button on the right side - please see screenshot below.
I'm currently using Halaxy as my client management system.I'm wondering if there is a way to collect all my previous notes from Halaxy for a client, and put them into Lyrebird?
You can't import your Halaxy notes directly into Lyrebird, but either of the below may work for you:
1. Start a Consult and paste your notes into the notepad: You would then be able to stop the consult and your manual notes would be turned into Lyrebird notes
2. Click History > Add Patient > Add Existing Patient: You can then paste your notes into Lyrebird directly, and write any letter or document based on those notes.
Either of these options may work to help get your manual notes turned into a template.
Lyrebird dictate failed to generate a letter when "Stop Listening" is selected.
1. Turn off "Use Stream Dictation". You can find this setting in your Lyrebird preferences: Lyrebird Settings
2. Clear your browser cache
3. Test Direct Dictate on another computer. This will help us determine whether the issue is specific to your account or your current device. Please let us know if it works on a different computer.
4. Update your browser
My account is timing out regularly, even between consults, what can I do?
Lyrebird does time out after a period of inactivity, but the timeout window is prolonged/many days.
I want to use a generic email address rather than my personal one when contacting patients
You have two options:
Option 1: Update your email address
Go to Settings → General, click on your email field, and enter your preferred address.
Option 2: Hide your email from patient letters
If you'd prefer to keep your current email but stop it from appearing in letters sent to patients:
Go to Settings → Preferences.
Scroll to the bottom to the "Send patient letters via Lyrebird" section.
Turn off the toggle for "Be notified".
Once turned off, your email will no longer appear on letters sent via Lyrebird.
