I accidentally deleted a consult, can it be retrieved?
Unfortunately, once a letter is deleted, it cannot be retrieved by us due to Lyrebird's data security and privacy setup. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
This note was closed when I left the desktop unattended. Can this be regenerated?
Yes, it may be possible to regenerate it if the consult is still within the user’s data retention window. Please refer to our help centre article for more information about retrieving lost consults

Can't find a record of the session on my Lyrebird history
If you can't find a record, this may be caused by your storage duration setting. Follow the steps below to check:
Log in to your Lyrebird account.
Navigate to Settings > Preferences: https://app.lyrebirdhealth.com/account/preferences
Under "When should Lyrebird delete saved items?", check the dropdown in the first row to see your current storage duration.
Note: If your retention period was initially set to 6 days and later updated, the original 6-day period will still apply to consults created during that earlier setting.
Consult page is stuck (circle spinning saying "generating transcript " but nothing happens after many minutes and the site freezes.
This may be caused by your internet connection. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Check that all cables are securely connected to your modem and router.
Restart your modem and router by turning them off, waiting 30 seconds, then turning them back on.
Connect another device (such as a phone or laptop) to see if the issue is the same.
If you're on Wi-Fi, move closer to the router or try using a wired connection if possible.
Check if there are any outages reported in your area.
