How to upgrade or downgrade your plan

Step-by-step for upgrading to Pro, switching between monthly and annual billing, and part-time pricing.

You can change your Lyrebird plan at any time, whether that's upgrading from Lite to Pro, switching between monthly and annual billing, or adjusting a part-time rate.



Upgrading from Lyrebird Lite to Pro

  1. Log in to your Lyrebird account.

  2. Go to Settings then Subscription.

  3. Click Manage Subscription or Upgrade to unlimited usage.

  4. Choose a monthly or annual plan and proceed to checkout.

⚠️ Tip: Your subscription is activated immediately on checkout, so you get unlimited usage straight away.



Switching between monthly and annual billing

  1. Log in to your Lyrebird account.

  2. Go to Settings then Subscription.

  3. Click Manage Subscription.

  4. Select your new plan and confirm.

Note: Plan changes take effect at your next renewal date. You will not be charged again immediately. If you switch from monthly to annual mid-cycle, your annual plan begins once your current monthly period ends.



Switching to part-time pricing

Part-time pricing (50% off, for clinicians working under 25 hours a week) is not self-serve. Contact our support team and we will set this up on your account, including if you need part-time pricing applied to an annual plan.
