5 things to help you through your first month with Lyrebird

Updated over a month ago

Starting with a new tool can be daunting, especially when your time is so precious.

Here are a few tips that I think will help you enjoy using Lyrebird:

1. Explore customisation

Lyrebird is a powerful tool straight out of the box, but no two people are the same, and your notes should reflect your voice. With Lyrebird, you can customise your notes to almost perfectly replicate your unique style, so there’s no need to compromise.

2. Join the community

A strong community makes all the difference. At Lyrebird, we listen to your feedback and continuously work to create a product you’ll love. Our primary communication platform is WhatsApp, where we share updates and stay connected with our users.

3. Explore community templates

With over 15,000 doctors using Lyrebird, there are many who have created high-quality templates. The Lyrebird template community makes it easy for you to browse templates that other people have shared. There's a chance that you'll find something that works for you, and you can always tweak it after adding it to your account.

4. Set your clinic up

Chances are, you work in a clinic where your colleagues are likely experiencing the same burden of documentation. Creating an organisation in Lyrebird provides some added benefits; manage billing in one place, sharing templates between one another, admin access controls and even single-sign on (SSO) if you have it set up.

5. Utilise our integrations

If you're in Australia, we currently integrate with Best Practice Software, and we'll soon integrate with one of the largest specialist practice management platforms too. The Bp integration simplifies your workflow and enhances the medical record experience.

With these basic tips onboard, you should be well on your way to maximising your use of Lyrebird. We have an amazing team of staff at Lyrebird who are here to help with any problems you may have, so please reach out to us :)
