The Upcoming Patient List feature streamlines daily patient management by allowing you to enter patient names and sex at the beginning of the day. After each consultation, clicking "Next Patient" automatically pulls up the details of the next patient in line, enhancing workflow efficiency and minimising downtime. This tool is designed to support you in providing timely and organised care.

How to set this up

2. Toggle on "Show upcoming patient list when empty"

3. You will now be able to add in upcoming patients in your History, Consult or Dictate page.

4. Press the + button next to "upcoming patients"

5. Add in the patients name and sex and once all patient are added click "add patients"

6. You will then see the names of your upcoming patients and can click on the patient and press start listening to begin.

7. Once you have concluded the first patient you can click "next patient" and the next patients information will be automatically added.

You are also able to drag and drop to change the order of the patients and add or take away as needed.

The time-range filter allows you to customise how far ahead upcoming appointments are displayed in the sidebar. This helps you focus on the most relevant appointments for your current session or clinic workflow.
